1. The indigenous marine water samples and extracted e-DNA genetic and biological resources from these

objectives as defined in the permit and set research by the permit holder.
2. The indigenous e-DNA genetic and biological resources to which the letter/permit related may not be
utilized for bioprospecting without a previous permit obtained in accordance with NEMBA and the BABS
Regulations.
